This 2014 Ford Mustang Shelby GT500 was purchased new by the current owner at James Ford in Half Moon Bay, California. The car is finished in Oxford White over black leather and is powered by a supercharged 5.8-liter V8 linked with a six-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential. Additional equipment includes the SVT Performance and Track packages as well as the Electronics Package with navigation, a Shaker Pro audio system, Recaro front bucket seats, Brembo front brakes, and staggered-diameter forged aluminum wheels. The cabin features Cobra-embroidered Recaro front bucket seats trimmed in black leather along with matching door panels and carpets as well as textured silver dashboard trim. The Electronics Package adds voice activated navigation as well as dual-zone automatic climate control, and additional interior equipment includes a Shaker Pro audio system with a trunk mounted subwoofer, SYNC, aluminum pedals, and GT500-branded floor mats.
The multi-function steering wheel frames a 220-mph speedometer, a tachometer with a 6,250-rpm redline, and a digital multi-function display. The digital odometer shows 101 miles.
The supercharged 5.8-liter V8 features four valves per cylinder and was factory rated at 662 hp and 631 lb-ft of torque. SVT Track package equipment includes coolers for the engine oil, transmission, and differential. An inspection was performed and an oil change was completed in May 2021.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a six-speed manual transmission, a carbon-fiber driveshaft, and a Torsen limited-slip differential.
