This 2012 Ford Mustang Boss 302 is one of 767 Laguna Seca editions built for the model year and is finished in black with red accents over a charcoal cloth and Alcantara interior. Power comes from a 5.0-liter Road Runner V8 linked with a six-speed manual transmission and a Torsen limited-slip differential, while additional equipment includes 19” double-spoke wheels, Brembo front brake calipers, quad exhaust outlets, Recaro sport seats, and a CD Stereo. The car was delivered new to Maroone Ford of Miami in Florida and was relocated to Oregon in 2015.
Two color schemes were offered for the 2012 Laguna Seca edition, and this example is finished in black with red accents including a red front grille, rear spoiler, roof panel, and side C-stripes. Additional features include a Laguna Seca-specific rear badge with a track outline, a front splitter, and an exhaust system with two side and two rear outlets.
Staggered-width 19” double-spoke red-accented wheels are wrapped with Pirelli P Zero Corsa tires measuring 255/40 up front and 285/35 out back. A manually adjustable suspension and upgraded anti-sway bars were standard on the Laguna Seca edition along with Brembo front brake calipers.
The cabin features manually-adjustable Recaro sport seats trimmed in Charcoal Black cloth with matching door panel inserts and carpets. Boss 302-logo stitching adorns the seats, while a turned metal-look fascia accents the dashboard. All Laguna Seca editions for the 2012 model year included a red X-brace in lieu of rear seats, and this example features a black shift knob, air conditioning, and a CD stereo.
The Alcantara-wrapped multifunction steering wheel fronts a 180-mph speedometer, a tachometer, and a trio of auxiliary gauges mounted on top of the dash. The digital odometer indicates 509 miles.
The naturally-aspirated 5.0-liter DOHC Road Runner V8 was factory rated at 444 horsepower and 380 lb-ft of torque. A strut tower brace spans the engine bay, and an oil change was performed in preparation for the sale.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a six-speed manual transmission and a 3.73:1 Torsen limited-slip differential.
The window sticker lists initial delivery to Maroone Ford of Miami in Florida along with equipment, colors, and a total MSRP of $48,575.
