This 1973 Volkswagen Bus was acquired by the seller in 2020 and is said to have undergone a refurbishment that included rebuilding the 1.7-liter flat-four and four-speed manual transaxle, refinishing the body in pastel white, overhauling the suspension and brakes, and refreshing the interior. Approximately 200 miles have been added since completion of the project. Equipment includes a Weber carburetor, an EMPI exhaust, aftermarket 15″ wheels, a passenger-side cargo door, and an Alpine stereo.

The bus has been refinished in white (L90D) with the roof and bumpers finished in a lighter shade, according to the seller. The rocker panels, weatherstripping, and windshield were replaced at the same time along with the mirrors and door handles.
Black-finished 15″ five-spoke wheels are mounted with Nankang Cross Sport SP-9 tires, and the seller states that the suspension and brakes have been overhauled with the following:

- Sway-bar mounts
- Rubber suspension stops
- Rebuilt steering box
- Brake rotors and drums

The front bucket seats are upholstered in tan, and wood panels accent the doors and cargo area. The seller states that the interior was repainted in a different shade than the exterior, the passenger side of the rear cargo area was replaced due to rust, and that the headliner has been replaced. An aftermarket stereo is mounted in the dash, and a crack is present near the grab bar.
A two-spoke steering wheel frames VDO instrumentation that includes a 90-mph speedometer and a fuel-level gauge with warning indicators. The five-digit odometer shows 44k miles.
The 1.7-liter flat-four is said to have been rebuilt along with the cylinder heads, and a single Weber carburetor and EMPI exhaust have been installed. The seller states that the fuel pump and oil pump have been replaced, and that the fuel tank has been resealed.
Power is delivered to the rear wheels through a four-speed manual transaxle, which is said to have been rebuilt with replacement seals and bearings. The seller notes that the clutch assembly was replaced, the underbody has been refinished, and two of the outriggers on the passenger side have been replaced due to rust.
