This 1965 Ford Mustang fastback is finished in black with gold stripes over a black interior and powered by a 363ci stroker V8 paired with a close-ratio Tremec T56 six-speed manual transmission and a Street or Track 9-inch rear axle with a Yukon positraction differential and Dutchman 31-spline axles. The car was acquired by the seller in 2008 and subsequently refurbished and modified with work including a repaint and installation of Bilstein Coilovers, 17″ Vintage Wheel Works, Wilwood four-wheel disc brakes, Summit Racing seats, RaceQuip harnesses, Classic Auto Air climate control, a forged engine rotating assembly, FiTech electronic fuel injection, Brodix cylinder heads, an Edelbrock intake manifold, and MSD electronic ignition.
The car is said to have been stripped and refinished in black during current ownership. Features include GE LED headlights, gold Shelby-style striping, a replacement GT350 front valance panel, functional side scoops, quarter side windows, chrome bumpers, a dual-outlet exhaust. The seller notes that a replacement fiberglass GT350 hood, driver side quarter panel, tail panel, trunk floor, front fenders, and inner fenders were installed as well as a Dynacorn decklid and doors.
Staggered 17″ Vintage Wheel Works V48 are mounted with Kuhmo Ectsa PS31 tires measuring 225/45 up front and 235/45 out back. Braking is provided by a Wilwood master cylinder with a proportioning valve, Dynalite calipers and rotors at all four corners, and cu/nickel hard lines. The suspension was modified with the following components:

The cabin features Summit Racing bucket seats upholstered in black vinyl. Equipment includes Classic Auto Air climate control, American Autowire wiring with relays and a fuse block, a Mustangs to Fear headliner, RaceQuip SFI harnesses, a Shelby GT350R-style welded roll-bar and package tray, a Hurst shifter, an H3R Performance fire extinguisher, and a Velex VX-502 Bluetooth stereo amplifier with aftermarket speakers. The interior sheet metal is said to have been primed and coated with Lizard Skin thermal and sound topcoat.
The three-spoke LeCarra steering wheel mounted to a Flaming-River tilt column frames Dakota Digital VHX instrumentation with a GPS-based 140-mph speedometer, 8k-rpm tachometer, and gauges for voltage, fuel level, coolant temperature, and oil pressure. The digital odometer shows 5k miles.
The 363ci stroker V8 is said to feature a forged rotating assembly with Scat crankshaft, I-beam rods, and Mahle forged pistons and rings with ARP hardware. The engine has reportedly been fitted with the following components:

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a Tremec close-ratio T56 six-speed manual transmission and a Street or Track 9-inch rear axle with 3.70:1 Yukon positraction differential and Dutchman 31-spline axles. The car is fitted with a Quick Time SFI bell housing, PRW SFI flywheel, Centerforce dual-friction clutch and pressure plate, and a custom driveshaft.
