Painted 15″ wire-wheels are secured via two-eared knockoffs and are mounted with 165/80 Thunderer Mach I tires showing 2021 date codes. Braking is handled by front discs and rear drums.
The cockpit features bucket seats trimmed in black leather with red piping, as well as matching door panels and carpeting. Additional features include a heater, carpeted rear parcel shelf, locking glove box, passenger grab handle, and lap belts.
A banjo-style steering wheel sits ahead of a body-color dashboard that houses Jaeger instrumentation including a 120-mph speedometer, a tachometer, and auxiliary gauges. The five-digit odometer shows 73k miles.
The 2,138cc inline-four is fitted with dual Weber 45 DCOE carburetors, polished open-element air cleaners, and a spin-on oil filter adapter. A high-torque starter motor was installed in 2017, and the battery was replaced in 2018 per the seller. The clutch was replaced in 2020, and the car recently received replacement ignition points and an oil change.
Power is transferred to the rear wheels through a four-speed manual transmission with overdrive which received a replacement overdrive clutch, synchros, and seals in January 2020 by Sports Car Haven of Denville, Pennsylvania.
Service records dating back to the 1990s are included in the sale.
