The high-roof van is finished in Iridium Silver (9775) with black trim, bumpers, and Aluminess Nerf Bar running boards. Additional exterior equipment includes a rearview camera, a roof rack, roof-mounted solar panels, three tinted and screened side windows, and an Owl Vans rear ladder, spare tire carrier, and bike rack.
Black Rhino 16″ wheels are mounted with 265/75 BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A KO2 tires, and a matching spare is mounted to the rear carrier. The van rides on Bilstein dampers, and braking is handled by discs at all four corners. The chassis is equipped with an Electronic Stability Program (ESP).
The front cabin houses a custom overhead storage shelf above the swiveling bucket seats that are upholstered in black leatherette. Appointments include Distronic cruise control, crosswind assist, air conditioning, a multifunction steering wheel, and a touchscreen infotainment unit with navigation and Bluetooth. The digital odometer indicates 8k miles.
A solar battery monitor, dimmable interior lighting controls, and a Webasto heater controller are mounted on the left side of the cabin, and Forbo flooring with a stainless L-track for mounting interior bike racks and other accessories were fitted during the build. The cabin ceiling, walls, and cushions are lined with marine-grade vinyl. A 20-gallon freshwater tank is stored in the wheelwell, while a portable toilet is stowed in the lower cabinet. The stereo system was outfitted with a Pioneer amplifier and JBL speakers.
The rear cabin is designed to convert between a dinette area, which seats up to six, and a sleeping area featuring two beds. The bamboo Lagun swiveling table can be used as a work surface or stowed level with the benches to create an over-sized queen bed, while an additional tabletop is mounted above the drawer refrigerator. Storage cabinets sit beneath the convertible rear benches and in the overhead cabinets. Solar energy powers the residential-style outlets, and further appointments include a Webasto diesel heater, a Maxxfan ceiling fan, and Rolef privacy screens on the side and rear doors. A handheld shower can be attached to the water faucet, and the left bench storage cubby is lined with penny coin rubber.
The 3.0-liter turbodiesel V6 was factory rated at 188 horsepower and 325 lb-ft of torque.
Power is routed to the rear or all four wheels through a seven-speed automatic transmission and a dual-range transfer case.
