The first-generation V12 Vanquish was designed by Ian Callum and featured aluminum body panels over an aluminum-composite and carbon-fiber chassis. This example is finished in Tungsten Silver and features fog lights, hood and fender vents, and dual exhaust outlets.
The 19″ seven-spoke alloy wheels are mounted with a mix of Pirelli tires. Stopping is handled by gray-finished Aston Martin-branded calipers over slotted and ventilated rotors at all four corners.
The 2+2 cabin features heated power-adjustable front seats trimmed in Phantom Gray leather that extends to the dashboard, door panels, and twin rear seats. The car left the factory with a quilted Alcantara headliner, and amenities include a Linn sound system, a cassette stereo, push-button ignition, navigation, automatic climate control, and a trunk-mounted CD changer.
The leather-wrapped steering wheel features silver trim and paddle shifters and frames white dial instrumentation including a 210-mph speedometer, a tachometer with a 7k-rpm redline, and gauges for fuel level and coolant temperature. The digital odometer indicates under 17k miles.
The 5.9-liter DOHC V12 was factory rated at 460 horsepower and 400 lb-ft of torque. The ignition coils and spark plugs were replaced in preparation for the sale.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through an electro-hydraulically operated six-speed automated transmission and a limited-slip differential.
