This 1968 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme Holiday coupe was produced at GM’s Lansing, Michigan facility and purchased by the seller in 2015. This 1968 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme Holiday coupe was produced at GM’s Lansing, Michigan facility and purchased by the seller in 2015. The car has since undergone a custom build featuring the installation of a 5.7-liter LS1 V8, a rebuilt four-speed automatic transmission, and a limited-slip differential sourced from a 1998 Pontiac Firebird. Additional modifications include a repaint, updated suspension components, a four-wheel disc-brake conversion, 17″ wheels, updates to the interior, installation of powered accessories, and more as described below.
The body was refinished in its current white during the refurbishment according to the seller. Features include painted metallic gold accents, dual mirrors, tinted windows, and Hurst badging on the front fenders and trunklid. Yellow-on-black California plates are included in the sale.
American Racing 17″ wheels are finished in chrome and are fitted with 235/50 Michelin tires. Classic Performance Products (CPP) disc brakes are fitted at all four corners, as are CPP Pro-Touring suspension components.
Replacement tan upholstery with pleated accents covers the front bucket seats, rear bench, and door panel inserts. Additional modifications include push-button ignition, keyless entry, a custom center console housing a Holley display and a Bluetooth-capable Pioneer media unit equipped with navigation and a backup camera, power-operated windows and locks, and R134a-converted air conditioning. The trunk features matching black carpet fitted over a spray-on bedliner application.
The three-spoke steering wheel frames instrumentation that includes a 120-mph speedometer, a tachometer, auxiliary gauges, and a five-digit odometer displaying 16k miles. Total mileage is unknown.
The 5.7-liter LS1 V8 is said to have been sourced from a 1998 Firebird, and additional equipment includes a Holley ECU, an aftermarket radiator equipped with dual cooling fans, MSD ignition components, and a dual exhaust system.
Power is routed to the rear wheels via a rebuilt four-speed 4L60E automatic transmission equipped with overdrive and a ten-bolt limited-slip rear end with 3.55:1 gears.
