Additional work included installing a Howell fuel injection kit, a high-performance camshaft, a PerTronix billet distributor, a water pump, a remanufactured power steering pump, a fan clutch, vacuum hoses, and motor mounts. The exhaust system consists of replacement piping, a Flowmaster muffler, and Patriot shorty headers.
The three-speed automatic transmission was fitted with a cooler and a rebuilt torque converter, while the two-speed transfer case was resealed in 2016 under previous ownership.
