This Ford Mustang Boss 302 is #620 of 747 Laguna Seca Edition examples built for the 2013 model year and was originally delivered to Mac Haik Ford Lincoln of Victoria, Texas. The car remained in Texas with its original owner before the selling dealer acquired it in April 2021, and it now shows 5k miles. Finished in School Bus Yellow over Charcoal Black cloth, the car is powered by a 5.0-liter Road Runner V8 paired with a six-speed manual transmission and a Torsen limited-slip differential. Other equipment includes 19″ wheels, HID headlights, a front splitter, a rear wing, Brembo front brakes, Recaro seats, and a touchscreen Alpine stereo with a backup camera and Bluetooth connectivity.
The car is finished in School Bus Yellow a black hood stripe, “hockey stick” side decals, Boss 302 logos, and black mirror caps. Additional equipment includes HID headlights, a rear wing, a front splitter, and a Laguna Seca-specific rear badge with a track outline. Scratches on the front splitter and paint chips on the front bumper cover are shown up close in the image gallery below.
Multi-spoke 19″ alloy wheels are fitted with Pirelli P Zero Corsa tires measuring 255/40 up front and 285/35 out back. Laguna Seca-specific equipment includes manually-adjustable dampers with revised valving as well as a larger rear stabilizer bar, stiffer springs, and Brembo front brake calipers.
The cabin features Recaro seats upholstered in Charcoal Black cloth, matching door panels and carpets, and carpeted floor mats embroidered with the Boss 302 logo. Amenities include air conditioning, power windows and locks, a metal-look dash face, and a touchscreen Alpine stereo with navigation, a backup camera, and Bluetooth connectivity. All Laguna Seca edition models featured a chassis brace in place of the rear seats, and an interface for an integrated Passport radar detector is mounted on the center stack.
An Alcantara-wrapped steering wheel sits in front of a 180-mph speedometer, a tachometer with a 7,500-rpm, a multifunction central display, and auxiliary gauges. The digital odometer shows 5k miles.
The 5.0-liter DOHC V8 was rated at 444 horsepower and 390 lb-ft of torque when new. A strut tower brace was equipped from the factory, and a serialized plaque affixed to the intake manifold indicates the car’s VIN and Laguna Seca edition serial number. An oil change was performed in April 2021. A TracKey is included in the sale, which unlocks the car’s performance-focused engine parameters, adjusting the spark map, camshaft timing, fuel control, and engine braking.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a six-speed manual transmission and a 3.73:1 Torsen limited-slip differential.
Manufacturer’s literature and a window sticker are included in the sale.
